Billed by the organizers as the largest food fair in the Greater Caribbean Basin, its 9th installment in 2016 saw 115 exhibitors, including 37 restaurants, 15 bakeries and confectioneries, key representatives of the national food industry (Colombia), renowned culinary schools and regional institutions linked to the sector, plus a list of 30 chefs from around Latin America and the Caribbean.
